COLLECTION SUPERVISOR

The Collection Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, monitoring collection activities, and promoting positive image of CBC to the community. This role involves donor eligibility screening, phlebotomy management, staff performance evaluations, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. It requires strong communication and organizational skills.
