Collection Supervisor

The Collection Supervisor will supervise staff in collections at fixed and/or mobile sites, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. They will also serve as a resource for donor eligibility and phlebotomy complications, and promote a positive image of CBC to the community.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Business or Biological Science preferred or equivalent experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Current CPR certification or obtain within six months of hire
