Job Description
Strategic Operations Intern - Graduate - Spring 2026 will assist the President's Office and external partners to identify and implement solutions to strategic issues impacting the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC). The intern will gain experience analyzing data, collaborating cross-functionally, and fine-tuning their skills in quantitative analysis and communication. Projects might focus on affordable housing, streamlining moving processes, and structuring loan guarantees.
Requirements
- Advanced skills in financial modeling or statistical analysis
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 4+ years of professional experience in Real estate finance
- Quantitative analysis
- Economics
- Equity/debt research
- Financial, planning, and analysis (FP&A)
- Quantitative public policy analysis
