HDC is seeking a graduate student intern for the winter session of 2026 to apply financial and regulatory analysis skills to real-world affordable housing challenges. The intern will support the Chief Strategy Officer’s team in the President’s Office, collaborating with colleagues across the organization to address high-impact strategic issues. Recent projects include developing proposals to streamline lease-up processes and investigating rising insurance costs.
