Job Description
The Municipal Finance Division seeks a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to assist attorneys and current paralegal in performing various types of paralegal duties, including preparing public notices, working with attorneys and support staff, and managing division conference room reservations.
Requirements
- Prepare Public Notices, Incumbency Cert., Opinions, Memos, and Monthly Reports.
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to create, maintain and distribute CD-R transcripts to OMB, the Comptroller, and FISA.
- Assist attorneys with work for bond closings, audit meetings and research.
- Manage division conference room reservations.
- Act as event coordinator for bond closings.
