NYU Berlin is seeking a Program Administrator for the Global Programs initiative within the NYU Berlin Academic Center. This full-time, part-time position will provide operational support during summer dissertation workshops and conferences, fostering relationships with faculty and students, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the GRI Institute. The administrator will also work directly with students to facilitate visa applications, city registration, and housing arrangements.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2-year experience in the field of administration or equivalent areas.
- Outstanding German and English language skills (bilingual preferred).
- Excellent intercultural and interpersonal communication skills.
- Service excellence and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task with a creative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to organize and deliver academic events for up to 100 participants.
- Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working on Saturdays.
