Nexoom is seeking a Director of Product Growth to help launch and scale ection.tv, an innovative live multi-streaming platform. The ideal candidate will be a motivated expert who can provide guidance across multiple areas, from product roadmap influence to marketing and sales, driving customer acquisition and growth. This role involves strategic decision-making, collaboration with various teams, and a focus on empowering creators and generating revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business
• Previous product growth experience in start-up/scale-up environments.
• Go to Market expertise
• Experience with live-streaming influencer marketing, gaming, Twitch, YouTube or other live-streaming platforms
• Experience with GSuite, Slack, Hubspot, Jira
• Experience with working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and partnerships with stakeholders
• Competence in project management
• Excellent communication, presentation, written and verbal skills
• Great time management skills and attention to detail
