As a BOM Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving cost savings across the Bill of Materials (BOM), managing supplier relationships and risks, and ensuring the effective implementation of procurement control plans and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Business)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of purchasing systems; SAP experience is an advantage
- Proven experience in negotiations, pricing, and managing external suppliers/third parties
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Leadership and team-building capabilities
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Understanding manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and supply chain principles
