Procurement Manager (Equipment, Spare part, Service)

As the Procurement Manager, you will take full ownership of site local procurement activity management concerning complex equipment, parts and service. You will lead the local team to fulfil the key routines including local EPS request support, supplier management/negotiations, cost saving project management, internal stakeholder management and other key projects directed from the global team.

Requirements

• Bachelor or above in Engineering/Finance/Business or equivalent
• Over 8-10 years of Semicon Equipment purchasing/Indirect procurement experience
• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong Negotiation, analytical and communication skills in verbal and written English
• Team builder and player, with a hands-on work ethic
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities or projects at one time
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation and data analytical skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills on an international level
• Willingness to travel occasionally
