Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Engineer (Plating) to develop, optimize, and sustain electroplating or chemical plating processes to ensure superior coating performance, yield, and product reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, or related Engineering field
- Strong knowledge of electrochemistry and surface finishing principles
- Hands-on experience with wet process or plating equipment
- Skills in data analysis tools (SPC, JMP, Minitab, Excel)
- Solid troubleshooting and project management abilities
- Understanding of ISO/TS quality systems and manufacturing best practices
