We’re hiring a Sales Specialist to identify, qualify, and win buyers for energy storage systems (ESS) across key customer groups, including energy storage operators, utilities, independent power producers (IPPs), energy project developers, and large C&I energy users.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years in business development / B2B sales within energy storage, renewables, power markets, or grid infrastructure
- Proven track record of selling complex solutions with multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Comfortable with technical-commercial discussions (ESS sizing, duration, performance, degradation, warranties, grid connection constraints)
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with term sheets/contracts (with support)
- Excellent CRM discipline (pipeline hygiene, forecasting, stage definitions)
