Senior People Partner - NEXT Wholly Owned Brands

The Senior People Partner will build effective relationships with Senior Managers to understand demands, challenges, and future plans, and develop robust people plans for each department. They will work with departments to provide commercial and legally compliant solutions to ER queries and problems, and develop a coaching approach to advising Managers on all people matters.

Requirements

• Proven People partnering experience in a similar retail environment
• Strong relationship builder with a supportive and flexible approach
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate both with individuals and the wider business
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
