Job Description
This Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer role focuses on protecting Next’s technology estate, particularly within the Warehouse environment. The position involves identifying, assessing, validating, and communicating vulnerabilities across technical teams. Collaboration with Incident Response and Engineering is crucial to mitigating risks and supporting remediation efforts. Mentorship of junior members is also part of the role.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain Vulnerability scanning and risk reporting tools.
- Lead roles in estimation, scoping, and delivery of key projects.
- Complete relevant security assessments.
- Identify and execute requirements as part of Vulnerability Management exercises.
- Support remediation teams with remediation strategies.
- Create and maintain operation procedures.
- Manage and maintain metrics and reporting.
- Mentor more inexperienced members of the Vulnerability Management team.
