We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Finance to take responsibility for financial operations and strategic financial management across our entire group.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
- 5-10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Senior-level finance leadership in scale-up, multi-national organisations
- Deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow dynamics as well as accounting standards under HGB/IFRS
- Proven track record in implementing and running ERP-systems
- tech-savvy in applying BI-Tools and AI in financial operations
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize under pressure
