Job Description
NextEra Energy's Power Generation Division is seeking a Combustion Turbine Engineering Leader for the GE 7F/7H technology. This role focuses on reliability, troubleshooting, technical investigations, spare parts management, and outage planning for a large fleet of advanced combustion turbines. The leader will report to the Combustion Turbine Fleet Team manager and work with various stakeholders to ensure the assets' operational efficiency and safety. The position requires balancing strategic goals with operational needs and strong leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- 10+ years combustion and/or turbomachinery engineering experience
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience
- Overnight travel may be required
