Job Description
NextEra Energy is seeking a Senior OT Network Specialist to enhance expertise in Industrial Control System (ICS) Cyber Security and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) practices. This role will involve implementation, project management, and hands-on cybersecurity operations within OT networks, as well as collaboration with subject matter experts and support of organizational projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of NERC CIP and proficiency in computer operating systems and security tools.
Requirements
- Proficient understanding of the NERC Reliability Standards, with emphasis on Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security center applications, monitoring, troubleshooting and Analysis.
- Proficiency in computer operating systems, technical documentation process and gathering of auditing documentations.
- Demonstrated competence in analyzing and solving highly complex system / application-related problems within a reasonable amount of time.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
