Job Description
The Regional Customer Relations Manager – CAM will focus on providing excellent customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for customers, and leading daily support. The role involves building relationships, resolving queries, identifying needs, and contributing to product development. The role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, communication, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years GSM industry experience and knowledge of roaming requirements
- Ability to learn quickly
- Finance background with good knowledge of sales, purchase ledger function and finance reporting
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Team player
- Well organised and ability to prioritise your own work
- Excellent organisational / project management skills
- Professional credibility and integrity
- Excellent people management skills (if people management role)
