Job Description
This Regional Customer Relations and Support Manager – CAM role focuses on providing excellent customer service in the region, acting as the first point of contact for issues and leading migration projects. The position involves monitoring system set-up, maintaining operational functions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting contractual KPIs. Reporting to the Regional Manager and Liaisoning with roaming partners are key aspects of the role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of GSM industry experience
- Knowledge of roaming requirements preferred (mobile operator or vendor experience)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Financial background with sales/purchase ledger knowledge
- English and Spanish proficiency
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Analytical skills
