Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer specializing in Perception to develop the sensory intelligence for our autonomous submarines. You'll build AI/ML pipelines that enable submarines to understand their underwater environment using sonar, cameras, and acoustic sensors in some of the most challenging perceptual conditions on Earth.
Requirements
- B.Tech/M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML for robotic perception systems
- Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience with computer vision and signal processing algorithms
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for production ML systems
- Knowledge of sensor fusion techniques and probabilistic frameworks
- Experience with GPU acceleration and optimization (CUDA/TensorRT)
- Understanding of ROS/ROS2 for robotics integration
- Full-stack ML experience: data collection, training, deployment, monitoring
- Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and optimization
