Requirements

• 5 years of experience leading commercial teams in the automotive and/or financial sector
• Provide comprehensive support and training to the commercial team
• Assign top agencies and create value-creating relationships with them
• Ensure the monthly achievement of closure, recurrence and penetration objectives in key agencies
• Provide support in sales processes and case tracking for complex cases
• Offer personalized attention in sensitive cases (objections, accidents, collections)
• Train on key policies that impact the customer
