Requirements

• 5 years of experience leading commercial teams in the automotive and/or financial sector
• Provide integral support and training to the commercial team
• Assign top agencies and create value relationships with them
• Ensure monthly achievement of sales, recurrence, and penetration goals in key agencies
• Provide support in sales processes and case follow-up for complex cases
• Give personalized attention in sensitive cases (objections, accidents, collection)
• Train on key policies impacting the customer
