Job Description
We are seeking a CFO to oversee all financial operations, develop and implement financial strategies, and provide leadership to the finance team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the property development sector and a proven track record as a CFO or similar financial leadership role.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a CFO or similar financial leadership role, preferably in property development
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, investment strategies, and real estate markets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
