nGeneration is seeking an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join their Support Desk team. The role involves providing excellent customer IT support, diagnosing issues, logging incidents, and escalating them to field engineers. The position operates on a 3-day on, 3-day off shift pattern and offers a friendly and helpful customer service.

Requirements

• Understanding of network and database structures
• Computer hardware and desktop support experience
• Experience in hospitality or retail EPoS systems (preferred)
• IT support experience (1 year preferred)
