We are seeking a People Experience Specialist to join our team during an exciting period of transformation. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering seamless and supportive employee experience through frontline service and query resolution.
Requirements
- Good understanding of people lifecycle process, employment law and data compliance
- Experience working with people operations
- Deliver the process for the regular and timely review of policies, procedures, and related guidelines to ensure compliance with external requirements
- Skilled in People systems management and data accuracy
- Works with full competence to ensure that the relationship between the organisation and its staff is managed appropriately within a clear and understandable framework underpinned by the organisation's values, principles and policies and compliant with employment law and other legal requirements
- Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences, ensuring this is always people-first focused
- Knows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Working calmly with ambiguity and shifting priorities, holds self and others accountable to meet commitments
- Bringing forward best practice and ensure efficiency features in our task
