We are looking for a high-motivation, high-ownership Account Executive to drive new business growth with K–12 institutions nationwide. As a Sr. Account Executive, you'll lead consultative sales cycles, teach schools a new way of thinking about digital enrollment strategy, and introduce them to the expanded Niche platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS, digital media, or edtech environments.
- Proven, verifiable track record of quota achievement, with a history of exceeding goals; consistent top-10% performance is a strong plus.
- Exceptional virtual presentation and communication skills—able to clearly articulate value, teach insights, and tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment, balancing strong individual ownership with collaboration across teams.
- A fearless prospector—persistent, competitive, and confident driving next steps and asking for the business.
- Willingness to initiate outbound calls, leverage social platforms, and engage multi-threaded decision-makers across the K–12 ecosystem.
- Experience using Gong to improve call quality, refine messaging, manage opportunities within deal boards, and surface coaching insights.
- Working knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing counterparts to influence demand.
- Openness to adopting new technology, especially emerging AI sales tools, and the ability to learn and apply them quickly to improve productivity and performance.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing pipeline, maintaining rigorous deal hygiene, forecasting accurately, and driving disciplined opportunity management.
