Job Description
The Customer Success Consultant will work closely with retailer clients to understand their business and identify sales opportunities. The role focuses on retailers in the Tech and Durables sector and involves maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving adoption of NielsenIQ tools.
