We're seeking a highly organized, strategic, creative, dynamic and collaborative professional to serve as Senior, Brand Planning & Operations, SEA&I. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of the marketing team operationally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience/training)
- 3+ years in brand marketing, planning, operations, or strategic roles, preferably in a global, matrixed organization
- Experience supporting seasonal marketing workflows, go-to-market planning, and consumer-led brand strategy
- Ability to help build and maintain operational systems, tools, and processes
- Strong project/portfolio management, resource planning, and budget oversight skills
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time spent working each year
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including adaptability, empathy, resilience, and assertiveness
- Forward-thinking, solutions-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency with planning and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, Tableau)
- Proficiency with Excel is needed
- Passion for sport, culture, and the Nike brand
