The Senior Manager, Account Marketing for Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) is a member of the SEA&I Retail Marketing team, leading a skilled Account Marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional partners throughout SEA&I and APLA. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer passionate about sport, culture, and storytelling, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in retail, brand, or omnichannel marketing; 2 additional years in lieu of a degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience presenting to internal and external leadership teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing details and big-picture thinking.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a constantly evolving environment, making sound decisions and pivots as needed.
- Ability to foster a culture of testing and learning, applying consumer insights rapidly into strategy, planning, and omnichannel experiences.
