Operations Supervisor (Burlington, NJ)

Nimble is a robotics and AI company inventing and scaling autonomous logistics with intelligent robots to enable fast, efficient, and sustainable commerce. They've recently closed a $106M Series C funding round and are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, focusing on achieving production goals, training associates, and recommending system improvements. The role involves managing production, supervising shipments, ensuring equipment efficiency, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience working in warehouse, highly automated, e-commerce environments preferred
• Working knowledge of google suite
• Working knowledge of WMS systems
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Dedicated, hard working and quick learner
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment involving quickly changing priorities and ability to handle stressful situations
