nLIGHT is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager to join our expanding HR team, providing day-to-day support in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
Requirements
- 5 years of increasingly responsible HR generalist experience in a high-tech manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional HR certification is a plus
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
