The Associate Student Counsel is a vital role within the Sales team, responsible for both pre-sale and post-sale support for departments, including handling data entry, coordinating with IC’s, and resolving student cases. The role involves leading training sessions and managing student records.

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• 2 to 5 years of work experience as a counsellor or front desk executive
• Good written and verbal communication & analytical skills
• Active listening
• Negotiation skills
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of the Local language
• Knowledge of computers/office software for communication and report preparation
