Associate Student Counsel

SVKM’s NMIMS Centre for Distance & Online Education (NCDOE) is seeking an Associate Student Counsel to support sales teams and manage key business strategies. The role involves coordinating student enrollment, conducting training, resolving cases, and providing administrative support to enrollment partners. They aim to help them be more effective and deliver excellent service.

Requirements

• Communicate assertively, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Experience in Sales/Sales support, Education/Training, BFSI, Real estate, Telecom, Retail or consumer goods & services, new age industries.
• High emotional intelligence and active listening.
