Student Counsellor

NMIMS is seeking a Student Counsellor to provide counselling services to students on various aspects of academic life. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, chat, email and social media, and assisting with student recruitment. The counsellor will also assist with conversions of leads from prospective pupils.

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Previous experience working as a counsellor in an education institute (preferred)
• Good English language ability
• Good English Communication Skills
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately
• Patience
• Willingness to learn
