NMIMS is seeking a Student Counsellor to provide counselling to students in admissions, academics, program selection, and career planning. The role involves handling calls, responding to leads, and assisting with admission processes. The Counsellor will work within a Call Centre Team, offering assistance in a multi-channel communication system.

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience as a counsellor in an education institute preferred
• Good English language ability
• Good English Communication Skills
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately
• Patience
• Knowledge of telephony and CRM databases
