Head of Performance and Analytics

Noble People is a modern creative media agency that develops original and bold media ideas for exciting brands. We're looking for a Head of Performance and Analytics to define our analytics agenda and lead the development of new agency products.

Requirements

• 15+ years in analytics or innovation roles within media, marketing, or advertising
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making and measurement frameworks (e.g., MMM, attribution)
• Experience developing and scaling new offerings that drive client and agency growth
• Strong leadership skills, with success building and mentoring high-performing teams
• Ability to translate complex analytics and AI opportunities into simple, actionable insights for executives and clients
