Payroll & ER Manager

We are hiring a Payroll & Employee Relations Manager to lead payroll operations, compliance, and employee relations across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll management and employee relations roles.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and payroll taxation.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as Odoo or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and conflict resolution abilities.
