Job Description
The Network Performance Optimization (NPO) Engineer will monitor network performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement optimization actions to improve network performance. This role involves leading projects, engaging with customers, optimizing network performance, benchmarking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. It requires proactive optimization of key network KPIs and a commitment to innovative problem-solving.
Requirements
- Lead and serve as the primary contact for technical domains and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Engage with customers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering technical guidance.
- Optimize network performance through traffic, capacity, and neighbor management.
- Perform analysis and optimization for benchmarking activities.
