This Network Performance Optimization Expert Engineer role involves monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance to improve KPIs and ensure user experience. Requirements
- Lead and serve as the primary contact for specific technical domains.
- Engage with customers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Optimize network performance through traffic, capacity, and neighbor management.
- Identify and recommend new feature rollouts and conduct carrier aggregation analysis.
- Perform analysis and optimization for benchmarking activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and manage customer interactions regarding Service Level Agreements (SLA) KPIs and regulatory compliance.
