Nolte is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead product builds from architecture to launch. The role focuses on building scalable, high-quality software using AI-enhanced workflows and modern tools. The ideal candidate will be a technical anchor, product architect, and shipping engineer, working closely with stakeholders to deliver measurable results. This position requires a proactive mindset and a passion for building impact-driven software.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS services, Tailwind CSS, HTML/CSS, and modern stacks.
- 5+ years leading full product builds.
- Strong architectural skills across APIs, databases, DevOps, and scalable infrastructure.
- Ability to prioritize and execute technical work in service of business and product strategy.
- Excellent communicator with experience bridging technical and non-technical teams.
- AI fluency - experience building AI-enabled products, LLMs, or data-driven features
