Job Description
Nolte is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the build and development of high-quality software, serving as a technical anchor and thought partner. This role requires a blend of product and software expertise, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS services, Tailwind CSS, HTML/CSS, and modern stacks.
- 5+ years leading full product builds.
- Strong architectural skills across APIs, databases, DevOps, and scalable infrastructure.
- Ability to prioritize and execute technical work in service of business and product strategy.
- Excellent communicator with experience bridging technical and non-technical teams.
- Exposure to or interest in building AI-enabled products, LLMs, or data-driven features.
