Client Onboarding Associate

The Client Onboarding Associate role is responsible for leading end-to-end client onboarding, driving client excellence, championing process innovation, and orchestrating cross-functional success. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of onboarding experience, preferably with financial institutional clients, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of onboarding experience
• Proven track record of project leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and PowerBI (plus)
• Understanding of US AML/KYC/Regulatory requirements (familiarity with EMEA regimes a plus)
• Knowledge of products governed by ISDA/CDEA/MRA/MSFTA trading agreements
