Investment Banker, Digital Infrastructure, Associate

We are seeking an Investment Banker, Digital Infrastructure, Associate to join our team in London. As an Investment Banker, you will work on a range of transaction types, including sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, debt and equity raising, and leveraged buyouts. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including telecoms operators, private equity funds, infrastructure funds, and sovereign wealth funds. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent financial modelling experience.

Requirements

• Experience of working within Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / M&A
• Experience in the Digital Infrastructure or Telecoms sector and understanding and knowledge of industry trends and / or past deal exposure is a distinct advantage
• Ability to interact confidently with other banking professionals and clients
• Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent financial modelling experience (operating models, merger models, LBO, etc)
• Experience of working in a project-based environment with tight deadlines
• Proactiveness, resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm
• Outstanding academic record
