Investment Banking Associate, Digital Infrastructure

Drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals; lead on valuation analysis, including development of financial models; support client relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Investment Banking and / or Private Equity experience
• Minimum 3 years of M&A deal experience, experience in SEA / Asia is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Infrastructure sector
• Self-starter who is able to drive projects and workstreams
• Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skill and PowerPoint skills
• The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines
• A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts
• A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts
• Fluency in English
