Investment Banking Associate

Nomura is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its team in Singapore. The role involves a combination of execution and client coverage, business and industry research, and preparation of transaction marketing materials. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Industrials and/or Infrastructure sector, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited tertiary institution, and prior experience in valuation, financial analysis, and strategic analysis.

Requirements

• Minimally a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent from an accredited tertiary institution
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the Industrials and/or Infrastructure sector
• Prior experience in valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management
• Network internally and externally to improve knowledge of GII team and the firm
• Build close working relationships with all colleagues within Nomura
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in flat teams, managing up and down as appropriate
• Entrepreneurial mindset: flexibility in taking on additional responsibilities ad hoc as needed
• Create and constantly improve materials, leverage differentiated content of our existing sector teams
