Chief of Staff (Community Access)

The Chief of Staff will be a strategic leader and integrator across functions, responsible for strengthening the organization's infrastructure, increasing collaboration, and implementing change management strategies. The role requires someone who is analytical, operationally strong, systems-minded, and deeply aligned with Community Access's values and commitment to mental health and human rights.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Eight (8) or more years of supervisory experience
• Nonprofit experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in management, operations, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• PMP or similar Project Management certification, strongly preferred
• Strong experience with project management tools and processes required
• Background in / Experience with community development, social services, property management, real estate operations or mental health is preferred
• Knowledge of supportive housing and / or real estate preferred
