Program Manager 2- Mental Health Programs

This Program Manager 2 position is responsible for the daily program operations of mental health programs. The role focuses on clinical, administrative, fiscal, and quality improvement functions to ensure service provision is at the highest level. It requires supervision of staff and collaboration with relevant funding streams and regulations. The role supports client and staff well-being and promotes quality improvement.

Requirements

• LCSW/LMFT/LPCC with current BBS registration
• Five years of progressive administrative, supervisory, direct service, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated capacity leading diverse and multi-disciplinary teams towards a common goal
• Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel, ability to type 45WPM
• At least one year of direct service program management with multiple direct reporting FTE
• Valid California driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage.
