Job Description
BACS is seeking a Program Manager to lead a CARE Court/CARE-funded IHOT/FSP program, providing direct service to acute mental health crisis cases. The role involves managing administrative, fiscal, and quality improvement functions, fostering a safe and welcoming environment, and ensuring high service provision. This is a 100% on-site position with a need for a candidate with clinical supervision to manage staff and maintain quality within the program.
Requirements
- Program Manager experience (LCSW/LMFT/PsyD + 2 years post licensure)
- 2+ years post licensure experience in a behavioral science field
- 3+ years experience in social service and revenue/expense management in government-funded programs
- Valid California driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of vehicle insurance.
- CalAIM and Medi-Cal billing experience
- Deanery or a similar degree
