Job Description
United Way of the National Capital Area seeks a Vice President, Community Impact & Engagement to lead community programs, build partnerships, and drive collective impact. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of nonprofit experience, a strong track record of leading teams, and expertise in grant management, coalition building, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of nonprofit work experience
- 5+ years experience leading and managing a team
- Experience working with grants, including grant making responsibilities, procedures, and activities
- Experience working in collective impact model, building coalitions, and evaluating regional environments
