Mem Global seeks a Vice President, Human Resources to provide strategic leadership across all areas of human resources while strengthening the systems and infrastructure that support our global organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership across multiple HR disciplines.
- Minimum of 7 years leading and developing HR teams, preferably in complex, multi-site or distributed organizations.
- Demonstrated experience owning and implementing HR systems and technology platforms, including HRIS and payroll.
- Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and executive-level presentation of workforce insights.
