We are looking for driven customer service employees to our office in Solna. The job involves helping customers via incoming calls, identifying their needs, and offering services that fit. You will have an important role in building long-term customer relationships and contributing to strengthening our customer experience.

Requirements

• Have a genuine interest in customer service and helping others
• Are communicative, confident in conversations and have a positive attitude
• See business opportunities when they arise and like to do the little extra
• Have experience of customer service and/or sales (meritorious)
• Are structured, solution-oriented and like to work towards goals
